Wisnim P Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol.
- Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of chemical messengers responsible for causing pain, inflammation (redness and swelling), and fever.
- Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) helps to reduce pain and fever by acting on the part of the brain that controls body temperature and pain.
Together, these medicines effectively relieve pain and reduce inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, muscle pain, back pain, and other types of fever-related discomfort.
Before taking Wisnim P Tablet, inform your doctor if you have a history of ulcers or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or any issues with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Also, let your doctor know about all the other medications you are currently taking, as they may interact with or be affected by this medicine.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before starting treatment to ensure safety for both mother and child.
You should avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medication, as it may cause excessive drowsiness or other unwanted effects.
